Detroit Tigers Nicholas Castellanos Nominee For Hank Aaron Award

It was a forgettable year for the Detroit Tigers who are already looking towards next season.  One of the Tigers who had a great year was Nicholas Castellanos.  He was  recently recognized by being nominated for the 2017 Hank Aaron Award.

According to MLB, Nicholas is the Detroit Tigers player nominated for the award.  Each MLB team has a player nominated.  The award will go to the best hitter in each league.

The winners are determined by a fan vote along with a panel of baseball Hall of Famers led by Hank Aaron.

You can vote on who you think should win through October 13th.   The winners will be announced during the World Series.    Last year the award went to Red Sox DH, David Ortiz and  Cubs Third Baseman, Kris Bryant.
