Did You Know About the New Law In Effect on Michigan Highways?
People have become lax on laws when it comes to our highways. One law overlooked more than others is the Left Lane Law, which requires the left lane of any highway to be used for passing only. Starting this month troopers are cracking down on drivers using the passing lane for travel. And by cracking down, they are serious. Offenders will be ticketed and get points on their license.
So, lets all remember what the three lanes are for; the right is for slow moving vehicles, the middle for cruising, and the left for passing... you know, until construction season when we're bottle-necked down to one lane. But, until then, travel safely, friends.
