Doug Stanhope Coming to Shakespeare’s this September

A staple in comedy since the early 90s, Doug Stanhope is coming to Shakespeare's Lower Level for one night only, Monday, September 16th. Known for his irreverence and biting social criticism, he's appeared on The Howard Stern Show, Comedy Central Presents, Premium Blend, and is the winner of Time Out New York's Best Comedy Performance of the Year, not once, but twice. Self-confessed drunk and lover of losers, his shows are part d*ck jokes/part cathartic therapy session. Doors open at 7:00, with Stanhope taking the stage for two hours starting at 8:00. Tickets are only $40. This is a 21-and-over show.
