Experts Warn The Cold & Rain May Be A Pattern That Gets Worse?

Remember the old saying: "If you don't like the weather in Michigan just wait 5 minutes?"  Well, we keep waiting for it to change to warmer and dryer even if it changes back occasionally.  But what if it doesn't change the way we've always expected?  There are many who believe that the climate change may mean that there aren't traditional changes.
