First Chance For Red Wings Fans To See New Players In Action
The NHL Draft is history and the first chance for Red Wings fans to see the new picks in action will be this week during development camp.
Last week the team announced the details for camp. The team has also announced the roster of players who will be on hand for the camp this week.
Development camp will feature the number 6 pick for the Red Wings, Moritz Seider. The defenseman will join the other draft picks along with former top picks, Filip Zadina, Joe Veleno and others in Detroit.
Late season free agent signings Taro Hirose and Ryan Kuffner will also be among the 27 players in camp.
For fans who can't make it to Detroit for the events, the Red Wings have announced that certain camp events will be streamed live on Detroit Red Wings dot com.
Fans in attendance this year will also have autograph opportunities with Red Wings alumni like Darren McCarty, John Ogrodnick and Jimmy Carson.
Development Camp will be June 25th through June 29th at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. You can check out the Red Wings site for the schedule of events.
