Seeing a need for an arts-in-education program, The Franke Center along with Marshall Public Schools teamed up to create one.  In order to get the program off the ground, they've applied for a State Farm Neighborhood Assist grant, and if they win, The Franke Center will the lucky recipients of $25,000. They'd love to use the money for a scholarship program to help youth with additional resources, healthy food, and transportation.
