Greg’s Gourmet Is Moving To A New Home In Portage
Greg’s Gourmet in Kalamazoo off Riverview Drive is closing up shop and will be moving to the former location that Olga’s once resided in, in Crossroads Mall in Portage.
Recently, they took the Facebook to announce that they would be transitioning to the new location, and when their regulars can expect the Riverview Drive location to close down for good:

We are announcing that our last day of operation at the Riverview location will be the 31st. Regrettably, the transition to our Crossroads location is proving more complex than anticipated, necessitating a postponement of its opening date. Consequently, we will be closing our doors after the 31st, resulting in a temporary disruption to our services.
With this delay, Greg confirmed he's unfortunately taking a bit of a financial hit:
Dollar Tree Raises Prices Again, Frustrating Michigan Shoppers
I am left with no alternative but to absorb the losses incurred during this period. Nonetheless, we invite you to visit us over the next 19 days leading up to the New Year and support our team before we close our doors.
Greg‘s Gourmet Dishes is really well known for their blend of Cajun and soul food combinations, like they’re smothered catfish and hot honey alligator bites. They also serve up crab legs, shrimp, and sausage seafood boils, and a gourmet fettuccine with Cajun chicken, shrimp, and Alfredo sauce.
The news that Greg’s Gourmet Dishes is going to be moving into Olga’s was surprising, as for the past six years that spot has remained vacant inside of Crossroads Mall, after they announced they'd be closing in 2019. Now it looks as though Greg will have a new place to set up that will truly capture the vision of how he sees his restaurant evolving.
