Ikea Reportedly Looking To Add Another Michigan Store

Ikea, the furniture retailer, is reportedly looking to add another store in the State of Michigan. 

According to the Oakland Press,  a report in Crain's Detroit Business says the retailer is looking in the Detroit Metro area for a new store location.

Locations reportedly being looked at are I-94 and Hall Road in Chesterfield Township.  That location is near a Cabela's.  The Pontiac Silverdome  and The Palace Of Auburn Hills properties.

The Gibraltar Trade Center in Mt. Clemens and Summit Place Mall in Waterford Township were also speculated as potential properties.

Nothing has been confirmed yet on if or when a store will be added to Michigan.

The loan Ikea in Michigan is located in Canton off I-275 on Ford Road. A 1 hour and 53 minute drive from Kalamazoo.

Would you like to see another Ikea in Michigan?   If this one doesn't happen in Oakland or Macomb County should they consider one for West Michigan?   If so where should one be located?
