This is a classic example of "don't judge a house by its curb appeal." Actually, it goes even deeper... don't judge this house by any one room you're standing in, because the next one could be wildly different.

This home in Beech Grove, Indiana is up for sale now, and if you're names are Barbie and Ken, then this place is exactly what you need.

This tri-level home, built in 1970 looks innocent enough from the curb. The landscaping is in good shape, the brick, siding, and gutters all look good. By all accounts, this is a great starter home for a family with a couple kids.

Except... when you open the front door, things get a little chaotic.

The color scheme inside the main part of this house looks like something straight out of the Barbie Movie, but with a hint of Wanderlust and some decorating points from your aggressively-single, cougar "Aunt Dee."

I honestly don't know where to begin, other than this house has a LOT Of color. The kitchen looks like it was manufactured as a life-size Barbie Dream Kitchen, while the bedrooms look like something Strawberry Shortcake would be happy to live in.

So clearly, there's a feminine touch to the decorating on this side of the house, and YES, I said "this side," because if you take a hard right turn into the section next to the garage, it's a whole different world.

This is the ultimate "man's land" kind of decor. Simple, clean, blue paint with wood and metal as the accents. Not to mention all the motorcycle gear, and signage in another room, which leads conveniently into a garage that is full of motorcycles and parts.

I get the vibe that two very eccentric siblings - brother and sister - lived here as roommates. Or... this is the strangest fraternity/sorority setup I've ever seen.

All told, five bedrooms, ONE full bathroom, up for sale for the shockingly low price of $245,000. I could definitely see myself getting in on this with a couple of my closest friends, who are girls... but not my girlfriends.

You can find me in the garage.

Take the full tour below, and TELL me you wouldn't change a thing about this house.
