Kalamazoo’s Vegan Chef Challenge Is Serving Up Creativity This May

Kalamazoo is looking for the best vegan chef, and they are looking to invite everybody to try some different food for a change and vote on who the best vegan chef in the area.

Throughout the month of May, multiple restaurants in the Kalamazoo area will be providing a unique dining experience to a growing list of restaurants in the Kalamazoo area.

During this time, a special menu will be put into place, and people can interact online to decide who the best vegan chef is in Kalamazoo. And if you are a chef yourself and want to enter, they are still taking submissions. Their Facebook event page lists the details of the month-long event:

Join us for a month-long celebration of new vegan dishes all over Kalamazoo! Businesses across the area will showcase exciting special vegan menu items, giving everyone the opportunity to explore creative plant-based dishes crafted by talented local chefs

Currently, the restaurants participating are Principle Food & Drink, ROCA & Studio Grill.
