Matthew Stafford led the Lions to a win over the Giants on Sunday.  With his performance, he has been nominated for NFL's quarterback of the week.

According to M-Live, Stafford is a nominee for the honor along with Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers.

Lions fans can help Stafford win the honor by voting.  You can vote here until 3 p.m. Thursday (October 31st).

Other than a horrible interception early in the game, Stafford was 25 of 32 with 3 touchdowns.

With his performance on Sunday, he moved past Joe Montana on the all time passing list.   He is also on the list for straight regular seasons starts at Quarterback with 135 games.

We'll see if Stafford can continue his great play this season.  Next up for the Lions will be the Oakland Raiders this Sunday Afternoon (November 3rd) on Fox.
