Michigan Drivers Get Shafted On Best/Worst States to Drive In

It's no secret we in Michigan pay the highest insurance premiums in the nation.  And that's just one of the factors that puts us in the Top 10 Worst States To Drive In!  In fact, it's the things we have no control over as drivers that keeps us near the bottom of the barrel.
