My Last First Date

With Valentine's Day next week, the talk around the hallowed halls of Townsquare Media S.W. Michiagn today was first dates.  Someone asked me for a worst first date story and, frankly, I really don't have one.  Maybe because my last first date was November 11, 1983.  That night I took a girl from Racine, WI named Karla to see Genesis at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago.

Talk about making a great first date impression!!!  Added to the grandour was the fact that I got tickets from my college buddy's big sister who just happeded to be the Program Coordinator for WXRT- Chicago's Finest Rock one of the best radio stations of all time.

The rest, of course, is history.  I fell in love and finally convinced her to fall in love with me and we're about to spend our 33rd Valentine's Day together.  So let's hear'em.  The great first date stories.
