One Of The Best Scenic Drives In Michigan

Over the holiday weekend, I spent time up North in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey Area. This area has one of the best scenic drives in the state: M-119, known as The Tunnel Of Trees.

The actual Tunnel of Trees begins outside of Harbor Springs. It runs about 20 miles north through Good Hart and Cross Village. My wife and I try to make this drive each and every summer during our trip to Harbor Springs over the 4th of July.

It's great by car, but if you're a cyclist or ride a motorcycle it is a must. You get to see lots of Lake Michigan with very scenic views from the road.

One of my favorite drives in Michigan. If you ever make your way up north take a trip up M-119.
