Ride of Silence for Kalamazoo Bicycle Tragedy

A ride of silence honoring the cyclists killed in Kalamazoo on June 7 is planned for Wednesday night.

When tragedy strikes Kalamazoo, this community comes together. No doubt you've seen an outpouring of prayers and support on Facebook and #kalamazoostrong is trending once again.

A ride of silence honoring those 5 cyclists killed yesterday is planned for tonight. Bicyclists of all ages and abilities are invited to gather at Arcadia Brewing Company in Kalamazoo at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to ride, so long as they have a helmet according to the event's Facebook page. Since it is a no talking ride, hand signals will be used.
