In a previous blog I detailed how I couldn't get my snow blower started for 3 days straight and complained that if it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all.  Well the truth of the matter is it has nothing to do with luck.  It has to do with the fact that I'm a pansy.  Ya.  I admit it.  I wanna be one of those guys who can fix stuff but I'm not.  So I rely on those who can.

Those "who can" happen to be Shaver Road Auto Service.  I know, I know they do auto repair.  But here's the thing.  The owner Dave Preston and I have been friends for nearly 25 years and I can call him about these things because he never "outs" me as a pansy; he should but he doesn't.  Plus one of my guys over there, Kenny, is some kind of snow blower guru.  He's a snow blower savant.  Call him the snow blower whisperer.

As it turns out, it wasn't something stupid that I did like flooding it or putting too much oil in it.  Therefore my "man card" remains in tact but, I'm sure, not for long.
