We’re going to be wrapping the week up with St. Patrick’s Day, and all over Michigan. People will be letting their Irish run wild as they fill their bellies with green beer, Irish whiskey, and some amazing St. Patrick’s Day food like shepherd's pie, corned beef & cabbage, and Reubens.
Michigan is home to hundreds of Irish pubs and bars across the state that will no doubt be running specials and celebrating hard-core right before the beginning of spring. Recent studies have shown that Michigan is home to over 1 million people who identify as Irish as their main heritage, which makes up about 10% of the population.
