Trader Joe’s locations in Michigan are recalling more than 9,000,000 pounds of Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice after small pieces of glass were found in the product.

The Food and Drug Administration has issued a recall for Ajinomoto Foods North America, saying the foreign objects are glass pieces ranging from 1 to 3 cm long and 2 to 4 mm wide.
