I have a lot of friends who would consider working for the Michigan Department Of Natural Resources their dream job.  Of course with any "dream Job", there's always the perception vs the reality.  Ya know, like ice cream taste tester or something like that where you get to do something you never think you'd get tired of for a career.  So too, I'm sure, is the case with the DNR.  Nevertheless, if you love the outdoors and really want to protect them, this could be your dream job.

In a story on wlns.com, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources is now hiring for it's next class of Conservation Officers.  The 10th Conservation Academy is set to start next July at the Michigan State Police Training Academy in Diamondale.  And get this, recruits will get paid during the 23 week training and an additional 20 weeks training throughout the state before getting assigned to a county.  Get more information by clicking HERE.
