Watch Tigers Shortstop Prospect Make A Bare Handed Catch

Jose Iglesias  has made many great plays as the Detroit Tigers starting Shortstop.  The Tigers are also in good shape with prospect Dixon Machado, a great defender for the Toledo Mud Hens.

According to M-Live,  Dixon Machado, who will likely be a September call up, made a bare handed catch while sliding to end the game in Indianapolis.  The game ended up being a win for The Mud Hens.

I like the fact that it looked like it was a routine play for Machado.  Between Iglesias and Machado the Tigers are set for awhile at the Shortstop position.
