Weed Killer Chemical Linked To Cancer Found In Our Kid’s Cereal

Almost everyday we fund ourselves saying: "What's next"???  Today is another one of those days.  Just last week it was discovered that asbestos was found in PlaySkool Crayons.  Asbestos!!!  But at least it's not something we eat; ya know, except that kids put them in their mouth!!!  Well now it IS something that we eat or should I say something Else that we eat.

According to our friends at ABC 12, a weed killer chemical linked to cancer was found in cereal and other products that our kids eat.  some of the products include Lucky Charms, Cheerios Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cereal, several Quaker Oats products including Old Fashioned Oats, Steel Cut Oats, Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars and Oats N' Honey.  We're talking about the chemical glyphosate the active ingredient in Roundup found in 31 of 45 oat cereals and granola bars tested by the Environmental Working Group.  You can get more information and answers to more questions by clicking HERE.
