West Michigan Needs Your Blood

According to an article, West Michigan is experiencing a shortage of blood, and The American Red Cross could really use your help. They've announced an emergency call for blood and platelet donations to be taken at any local hospital. There are also several donation sites in Kalamazoo, Portage, Battle Creek, St. Joseph and Vicksburg.

When you learn that a single car accident could require 100 pints of blood, you soon realize just how important every donation really is.
