Zoo City Beastro Opening Soon in Portage
We've seen so many business closings over the last several weeks, it's nice to see some good news. A brand new restaurant is opening soon in Portage.
The name "ZooCity Beastro" is now on the front of the building and cooks, servers, bartenders and hosts are being interviewed and hired now for a brand new restaurant opening this month at 5222 Portage Rd. The building sits just South of I-94, and the address has seen some changes. Lindburgh's Landing was grounded by poor Yelp! reviews and Fat Tony left town.

A look at the extensive menu finds munchies, burgers, grinders, baskets, pizza, fried chicken, and "sandwiches and stuff." Most of it looks to be standard bar/restaurant fare, but the Memphis Pork Nachos, Jiffy Burger, and Reuben Tacos look interesting.
Take a look at the full menu on their Facebook page here, where you can also get hiring information if you're looking for your next hospitality job. We're looking forward to welcoming a new restaurant to town and having another dining out option in Portage.
As we look toward opening (hopefully early July!) it’s time to build our team! We’re hiring ALL positions. Previous...
