Someone In Michigan Just Tried To Buy 8 Stolen Corvettes Worth $1.2M
What started off as a weird story to tell our audience about quickly turned into a very interesting situation. It turns out somebody in Michigan was trying to buy eight stolen Corvettes that were recently stolen from a plant in Louisville, Kentucky.
The AP reported about how there were multiple thieves involved in a robbery, which led to eight Corvettes being stolen off of a Kentucky automobile plant. Luckily, shortly after the heist took place, police were able to make an arrest. This was a massive deal because the total value of the corvettes that were stolen was $1.2 million.

Apparently, the thieves snipped up a part of the fence to get the car off the premises, but couldn’t take the time to come up with a plan as to where they were going to store it.
The first car that was identified was left in the apartment complex parking lot with brand new stickers all over it, when a woman living their head tipped off the police after she saw a man park and then just walk away.
The big question, though, is who in Michigan was going to buy these things? A man who was arrested for the crime, who has yet to be named, said that somebody in Michigan was going to be the buyer. While being booked, the man said:
If I would have made it back to Michigan, I would have been paid big.
The question is, who was the buyer?
Was it going to be a big name, a celebrity, and were they even aware that the Corvettes that they were going to be purchasing were stolen? We will have to wait to find out more as the story progresses.
