Jake Black is new to Michigan, but not new to heavy music. Black grew up on Metallica, Sabbath and Nirvana before venturing into the really dark and heavy stuff. But that appreciation for the classics and where heavy music started isn't lost on him. Jake is a home body that likes to stay home and watch the Pittsburgh Steelers or Alabama Crimson Tide or drain hours into a story-based RPG. But when he's out and about, he's hitting a local rock or metal show blocking the view of some poor girl in the pit.
