Founded by Western Michigan University graduate Dr. Ahmed Anzaldua, you're invited to Border CrosSing, a free community sing and public concert Friday, January 24th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Kalamazoo First Presbyterian Church. Group leader Dr.  Anzaldúa, a recognized authority in Latin American and Spanish music, will introduce each piece in both Spanish and English, provide history and context, and conduct this Twin Cities-based choir. Get ready for an uplifting journey into a treasure trove of music for voice, keyboards, and traditional instruments. This event is absolutely free and open to everyone, however reservations are encouraged due to limited space.
