Hey, moms! Farmers Alley is holding auditions for storytellers for its special, original event, Does Anybody Have a Map? - Motherhood in Stories and Song. Directed by Julie Nemitz, Nancy Stefanick, and Whitney Weiner, this show explores motherhood through monologues, poetry, music, and more, with humor and heart. Farmers Alley is looking to cast 8 to 14 storytellers for this project. All styles and topics of motherhood are welcome. They are looking for mothers who feel comfortable speaking about their personal motherhood story in front of an audience. According to their audition bulletin, "You can write about your most joyful day as a parent, the stress of infertility or tragedy of loss, parenting achievements or disasters and even about that day you lost your kid in Target. You get where we're going with this, right? YOUR story."

Auditions will be held Saturday, November 23 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Farmers Alley Theatre. No memorization is required. All you need to have prepared is a 2 to 5 minute reading of your original piece. Click here to sign up for an audition slot.
