Chocolatea Adding Second Location, Coming to ‘The Corner’ @Drake
Have you tried boba tea yet? Find it, and all of your favorites from Chocolatea at their new location. Don't forget the tempting desserts they are known for.
At 7642 S Westnedge, Chocolatea is a little out of the way, but definitely worth the trip for tea devotees. Over the thirteen years they have been in business, many customers have become like family. Now, this family-owned business is adding a second, slightly-different location.
MI Boba is the new name, and represents the focus of the new store. The biggest difference you will notice is that they will not be selling loose-leaf tea. There will be 40 teas brewed on site, available hot or iced, with the specialty boba tea the focus of the new shop. If you haven't tried boba tea yet, there's a lot of options with 200 combinations of bubble tea available.
The new store is on Drake, between Firehouse Subs and Orange Theory, near Costco. No seating is planned for MI Boba to give the staff some space in the back room to do things they cannot do with the limited layout of the store on S. Westnedge. An ambitious goal of an August opening has been set. Find out more about hte new store and the family business in the video below.
