"Star Wars Night" has become a regular promotion for not only Major League Baseball, but for teams in the Minor Leagues.   The Detroit Tigers have had them and their minor league team in Toledo has had them.  This year they will again feature "Star Wars" themed jerseys.

According to the Toledo Mud Hens on Twitter, the team will feature Boba Fett themed jerseys for their, "Star Wars Night" in May.   The game will take place on May 27th against Scranton-Wilkes Barre.

This is not the first time the Mud Hens have had "Star Wars" themed jerseys.  Back in 2013 they had Chewbacca themed jerseys for their, "Star Wars Night" game.   I thought those Chewbacca ones were ugly.  The latest one for Boba Fett is great and will be cool to see the players wear them in the game.

The Tigers "Star Wars Night" will take place in September on Saturday, September 16th when they host the Chicago White Sox.
