Disappearance Or An Optical Illusion?

Normally I don't venture into this part of the internet world but this has me asking questions.  First, we must believe that this actually IS live TV.  If so, what happens to the woman?  Does she disappear or is it an optical illusion?I've watched it 20 times and can't tell where she goes.  The other woman blocks our view but it doesn't seem enough time for the disappearing woman to merely move out of the shot.  What do you think?
