He started working at FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek as a bartender in August 2010. In just over two years, he was promoted twice: first to beverage supervisor and then to beverage manager. He received ANOTHER promotion, this time to food and beverage manager, in 2015 and then transferred to taphouse & beverage manager in 2016.

If you're keeping track, that's three promotions within six years.

“What has set FireKeepers Casino apart from all other businesses I have been a part of is the ability to utilize upper management for support," Brandon says on the company website. "From the simplest question to the biggest, everyone from my direct manager to the CEO is here to help mentor and help everyone achieve success.”
