I have to admit the only flavored cigarette I've ever had was one of those candy cigarettes with the red paint on the end.  Frankly, I didn't even enjoy those as I'm not a huge peppermint fan.  So when it comes to flavored e-cigarettes, I'm sure I wouldn't like those either.  One other thing I'm not a fan of is banning things that aren't directly dangerous, illegal or aren't immediately life-threatening as it infringes on free-will.  Don't get me wrong.  I'd ban all cigarettes if I could because I don't like them or the smell of them but that would be wrong in terms of choice and free will. Further, it won't stop the use.  Prohibition didn't stop people from drinking alcohol.  Nevertheless, I hope it does protect the kids as the Governor intends.

I first saw this story on fox2detroit.com and this makes Michigan the first state to order a total ban of all ages on flavored e-cigarettes.  The state's chief medical officer has determined that youth vaping has become a public health emergency and that flavored e-cigarettes should be cut off from the kids.  Get more from the Governor and other details by clicking HERE.
