One of the hottest bands currently is Greta Van Fleet.  The band from Frankenmuth is getting another chance to perform for a national audience on an upcoming "Saturday Night Live".

According to the M-Live story,  Greta Van Fleet will be the musical guest on the January 19th episode of the NBC show.

This appearance will be their second national performance as they were on "The Tonight Show" back in July.

The band has been out playing in front of sold out audiences and are getting ready for the Grammy Awards next month where they are up for 4 awards.   One of those nominations is for Best New Artist.

The last few years has seen the band release their e.p,"From The Fires" and also their first full album, "Anthem of The Peaceful Army".

Greta Van Fleet recently performed three sold out shows in Detroit.  If you still haven't had the chance to the see the band live,  your next chance will be when they return to the U.S. in the Spring.  You can check out the bands tour dates here.

We will see how they do at the Grammy Awards when the awards are given out on Sunday, February 10th.   Of the four nominations how many do you think the band will win?
