Healthy and Fit Expo Coming to Kalamazoo Expo Center

Saturday, February 15th, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, the Expo Center will transform in to a one-stop fitness shop, with vendors and booths teaming with information to help you get on track and achieve your goals. Whether you want to get in better shape, learn how to manage your pain, or find an eating plan you'll finally stick to, the 2020 Healthy and Fit Expo will provide you information, services, and products to suit your needs.
