Help Catch The Crooks

If you're like me you'd like to think that, if the situation presented itself, you'd be able to react to a crime and help catch the crooks.  The extreme scenario would be to stop someone with a gun and be the hero which is easy to consider in theory without, ya know, risk of death.  So far that or any other situation has not presented itself.  But there is a way to help and not risk your life.

Kalamazoo Public Safety sent us a press release regarding the theft of wallets by 2 individuals at one of our favorite spots downtown.  It may not be glamorous or heroic but at least we can take a shot at fighting crime.  So take a look, share it with friends and let's see what we can do.

Public Safety Requesting Assistance to Identify Trio for Credit Card Theft

Kalamazoo, MI:  Public Safety Detectives are asking for assistance in identifying 3 individuals who are working together to steal wallets from patrons of downtown restaurants and using the credit cards at area stores.  Detectives are working at least 4 separate incidents where the 3 enter a downtown restaurant and steal wallets from unsuspecting patrons, the suspects leave together and immediately use the stolen credit cards at area stores.
