Help God's Kitchen's Giving Tuesday Fundraiser

Where do you go when you're hungry? Who do you share a meal with if you're alone for the holidays? Where can you go for food take-away with no income requirement to participate? God's Kitchen in the First Baptist Church in Kalamazoo has a mission; to improve the quality of life for the economically disenfranchised, elderly, disabled, and veterans through hunger relief. They also provide an alternative transportation program and financial resources.

Today is Giving Tuesday, the more philanthropic cousin of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Instead of focusing on getting the best deal or crossing everyone off your list, think about donating to a local organization like God's Kitchen so they can continue their work throughout the year. If everyone gives a little, we'll have a lot. In fact, in honor of Giving Tuesday, Facebook and PayPal will match a total of seven million dollars in donations, so your donation could even double.
