Gov. Snyder Named The Worst Leader In The World?

Fortune Magazine ranked the world's most disappointing leaders and Michigan Governor Rick Snyder came out on top; or bottom depending on how you look at it due to the Flint Water Crisis.  But aren't there more notorious leaders in the world?  Let's take a look.

Let's start with Martin Winterkorn the former chairman of Volkswagen.  Remember the software installed on the vehicles to cheat emission standards?  Or how about the guy everybody wanted to punch in the face Martin Shkreli who founded a pharmaceutical company and then raised prices on life-saving drugs by 1000% smirking all the while.
