Over the course of the day, Detroit star wide receiver, Jameson Williams and our coaches will provide your child with valuable football knowledge and hands-on instruction in a fun, high-energy, positive environment. Camp activities will include lectures, fundamental skill and competitive stations. All campers will be grouped according to age to ensure proper levels of competition and instruction.
They suggest any kid who will be participating in the event dress in athletic attire, including gym shorts & cleats. The event is for the ages of 6 to 16, so it doesn't matter what skill level your child is at, as they claim it's very inclusive to teach all kids the fundamentals of the sport. Many people who have participated in these camps have been very pleased with the outcome, and it's just such a unique experience.
I couldn't imagine having the opportunity to play hockey with Sergei Federov when I was a kid, so this really is a cool camp.
Any kid who participates in the youth football program will get a camp team photo with Jamison Williams that they will be able to download, a limited edition, Jamison Williams flex work football camp T-shirt, and possibly take-home items from the event sponsors.
