Journey And The Pretenders Coming to West Michigan

Except for ZZ Top last night at Wings Event Center, we haven't had any big tours come through in a while.  There have been some really good shows at FireKeepers Event Center and more to follow but not many big announcements otherwise.  Well, that changes today.

We just received word that Journey is setting their 2020 North American Tour and they'll be making a stop in West Michigan.  Journey with special guest The Pretenders will be at Van andel Arena in Grand Rapids on July 8th with tickets going on sale a week from tomorrow November 8th.  Personally, I've see Journey more than a few times but I'm really looking forward the The Pretenders who I've been a huge fan of but have never seen.  Coincidentally, the last time I saw Journey Heart opened for them and now we get to see another great female rock vocalist.  July can't come fast enough.
