It's OK if you haven't heard of the band Saturdays at Your Place, since they're still on the rise, and haven't been spending a lot of time in their hometown of Kalamazoo as of late. They've been busy, literally touring the world with dates in the U.K. and all four corners of the United States.

But that touring grind was almost in jeopardy earlier this year, as their entire trailer got stolen, with all their gear inside. Now, the band is asking for some help.

Saturdays at Your Place have been on the grind as of late, coming off a trip to the United Kingdom, and some dates in the U.S., they're already set up for another run around the U.S. with their "Always Cloudy Tour." And they don't seem to have any issues booking shows, because they have a show almost every day of October, and early December.

But when you're touring that heavy, it's kind of hard to stop, even when your trailer, with all your equipment gets stolen. That's exactly what happened to them last June when they were in (shocker) Cleveland, Ohio.

"If you saw us play in the US/UK recently, you probably remember us mentioning this, but here's the full story:
On the morning of June 29th this year, we woke up in Cleveland, OHio to find that our entire trailer was stolen. It contained all of our instruments, amps, pedal boards, speaker cabinets, drums, merch, vinyl, etc."

The Instagram posts goes on to say they were able to finish the tour by borrowing gear from the other bands they were on tour with. And by a stroke of luck, some of their guitars popped up at a local Guitar Center, not far from where the trailer was stolen.

One person was arrested, and the trailer was even recovered. But sadly, most of the rest of their gear was gone.

"We held off posting about it, in hopes that we would be able to recover the rest of the gear. But now a month and a half later, it is safe to say the gear is gone."

So, now, the band is asking for help in replacing what gear they're missing ahead of their upcoming U.S. Tour. They have opened up a GoFundMe account to pay for the equipment, and as of the writing of this article, they're very close to hitting their goal. So if you want to help support a rising name in the rock world from Kalamazoo, every little bit would help these guys get their gear replaced, and back out on the road.

For the record, they're really good, too. Emo music is making a strong comeback in the rock world, and these guys are right on the cusp of really hitting it big.

You can hear some of their music below as well with a video for their song "Tarot Cards," which has more than 140,000 views, and looks like it was filmed in Kalamazoo's Vine Neighborhood, and various other places around Michigan (plus a few of their other tour destinations).

Bands Who Might Get Sued For Their Names Next

The band They Might Be Giants made a post of their own on social media backing up their friends, who have been a band as OK Go! since 1998, which prompted a funny comment on how other brands might be coming for other bands. Here are some other bands who may be in danger...
