Brian Reynolds won the first Kalamazoo Marathon in 2011 and he's won almost every distance since- but he's done something more impressive than that.

Steve Long, Brian Reynolds' track coach at Otsego High School, told him "To be great at anything in life, do it every day." Brian took that to heart and has run 5650 days and counting- that's about FIFTEEN YEARS!

Brian won the first Kalamazoo Marathon in 2011 and again in 2014. He's also won the 5k and 10k races and hopes to complete the cycle by finishing first in the half-marathon distance this year. We talked about what it is like to compete at such a high level and what it takes for anyone to begin running. (Hint: It's easier than you think.)
