Lions Great Barry Sanders Now Fourth In All Time Rushing Yards
Detroit Lions Hall of Fame Running back, Barry Sanders is no longer 3rd on the all time rushing list. Bills back, Frank Gore rushed past Sanders for Number 3.
According to the NFL, Frank Gore rushed by Sanders for third all time with 65 yards against the Broncos.
Gore now has 15, 289 yards in his career, which is his 15th season. He still has the rest of the season to pick up more yards.
He only trails Bears legend, Walter Payton and Emmett Smith of the Cowboys on the all time list.
Barry Sanders is now fourth on the list but he was also announced recently as one of the NFL's 100 all time team running backs. He joins another Lions great, Earl "Dutch" Clark along with names like Walter Payton, Emmitt Smith, Jim Brown and Eric Dickerson among others.
