Should Michigan Lawmakers Banish Ice From Michigan?

I think there’s one thing that’s been on the minds of everyone who lives in Michigan, and I don’t think it would be below me to point out that everybody is sick and tired of ice.

For weeks now, we can’t turn around without seeing ice, hearing about ice, and having to deal with ice. This is exactly why I think Michigan lawmakers need to come together and form a plan to officially ban ice from ever making its way to Michigan again.

Before you get worked up, just hear me out on this. It literally does nothing good for us, especially right now. Ice is incredibly harmful and dangerous to our community, so much so that we have to warn everybody anytime we see ice, so that people know to avoid the area.

Anytime I hear about ice being in a certain area, I do my best to stay away, and it makes people want to not leave their homes.

You have entire families who feel unsafe just stepping out their door for fear of being hurt or even killed by ice.

The people in charge in Michigan need to come up with a plan. But how do we even ban ice from coming into our state?

Every single winter, we get bombarded with it, along with snow, and it makes travel incredibly hazardous. Isn’t there a way we can just do away with all this ice that we get from the winter weather?

It’s bad enough that all of this ice sticks around until April, I just really wish somebody did something about this weather, so we didn’t have to deal with so much ice.
