Resolutions
Every year my #1 resolution is to get into better shape and a few years ago I was running 3.5 miles, at least, 3 times a week. I felt great, my cholesterol went down, I slept better and felt better about myself.
And then... Frankly, I don't remember and then. Did life get in the way? Did I break from my routine? Did I realize I'm, by nature, lazy? Whatever it was or wasn't, I've decided to try and get back on track.
