New Holland Brewing Company was awarded $200,000 in financial assistance in spring 2018 to rehab the property at 64 W. Michigan Ave. and transform it into a brewpub; initial announcements said that it would be open in spring of this year.
Battle Creek Unlimited is working on their plans to demolish the former Shrank’s Cafeteria and Catering building at 85 and 87 W. Michigan Ave, with the goal of having the tear down complete in the spring.
