Not only is it not is Bears-Packers not the oldest rivalry in the league, it's not even the second oldest.

And you probably won't be watching it on TV.

Please excuse Chicago Bears fans for thinking the sky is falling.

It was a surprise to see Detroit Lions receiver Calvin Johnson retire after last season.  One of the top receivers in the game.  Being one of the best, it was great to recently see the respect given to him by former Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman.

If you're a football fan in the Midwest, the first 4 weeks of this season has been painful.

So I'm watching the NFL preseason game on TV Thursday night, and they're showing a graphic about the new Miami Dolphins coach. Adam Gase, and it says he's from Marshall. I didn't know that.

They will have their regular uniform for most of their games this season, but in a few games the Chicago Bears will wear different uniforms.
