How would you like to spend the night in the old Hopkins House? Or perhaps you have the nerve to roam the Hawks Head Cemetery at night. Maybe you want to learn about ghosts, like the the ghost of "Thelma." Well next weekend on October 17th, 2020 there will be a haunted tour of Kalamazoo's past. Authors of the Haunted History of Kalamazoo (Haunted America) boom will be hosting an evening of spooky Kalamazoo history mixed with the paranormal world.

Each tour guide will portray a member of Kalamazoo's past to heighten your historical experience. The Haunted History of Kalamazoo Walking Tour begins and ends at Bronson Park, and covers just over a mile and takes approximately 2 hours. You'll learn all about:

  • The ghost of "Thelma."
  • Bronson Park's dark past
  • The music legend who roams the Radisson Hotel
  • And over 10 more haunted locations.

In addition to the tour in Downtown Kalamazoo, they are also hosting tours in Grand Rapids (click here for a complete list of all events). All tours require advance registration and payment. If any tickets are remaining the day of the tour, they will be available on site. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here.
