The University Of Michigan is playing their annual spring football game this weekend.  If you plan on watching the game there has been a time change, which will see the game start a little earlier.

According to the story from M-Live, 5:45 p.m.  will be the start of the game to take place Saturday, April 14th.   The start time was originally set for 7 p.m.

No reason was given for the time change but one would think the weather may have had something to do with the change. Rain could play a factor in the game this weekend.

If you are traveling down to see the game in Ann Arbor the gates at Michigan Stadium will open at 4:45 p.m.  If you can't make it to the game it will air on the Big Ten Network.

Michigan is coming off a 8-5 record overall with a 5-4 record in the Big Ten.  They played in the Outback Bowl in Tampa on New Year's Day. The game ended with a 26-19 loss to South Carolina.

The Wolverines will open the 2018 season September 1st in South Bend against Notre Dame.
