Introducing Inspirograph, a virtual version of the classic toy created by Nathan Friend, of Des Moines, Iowa. Choose your background, set your discs, pick a pen color, and get doodling!  Best part?  All of the discs stay put, so you never have the fear of cranking too hard and skipping your pen clear across the page.  It is not available as an app YET, so if you really, really, REALLY like  Inspirograph, be sure to get on the mailing list for when an app is released.
