There's A Diner Up North With A Giant Weiner On Its Roof

There are so many cool spots and stops in Michigan with abnormally large structures to see from the side of the road, but this one may take the cake, or rather, relish. Weinerlicious is a small diner in Mackinaw City that features hot dogs, brats, sandwiches and a whole bunch more, and even better, I'm supposed to be going to Mackinaw City this summer, so you know I'm gonna have to check this out.

Indeed, this place would make for the perfect road trip stop this summer, you just gotta' look for the massive schnitzel. Weinerlicious first opened its doors in 2014, located at 102 E Central Ave, Mackinaw City, MI 49701. This giant wiener is just one of the huge, odd structures that can be seen around Michigan, with our own strange structure here in Kalamazoo. The strange white art piece on Stadium had Chelsea Rose scratching her head:

I first noticed this structure on W Michigan Ave as we were making our first ever trip to Trader Joes on Stadium Drive. Passing in a flash I thought, "Was that a bus stop? One of those exercise stops you sometimes see on trails? Art??" As it turns out the third guess was closer to the truth.

You can check out more strange structures that can be found in Michigan below, but this hot dog definitely tops the list as one of the strangest I've ever seen, and it's pretty funny too. When i get up there this summer I'll make sure to document my experience.
